At Wing Assistant, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our M32 AI team. In this role, you will work closely with our Chief Product Officer to create innovative AI products from the ground up. You will have the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic startup environment.

About the Role

This position combines product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support for our founding team. You will focus on rapid iteration and building scalable systems.

What You'll Do

• Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for seamless experiences and market validation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product managers in fast sprints to prototype, test, and deploy capabilities.
• Record screencasts and product videos of new features to showcase functionality and drive adoption.
• Manage product marketing aspects, including messaging, demos, and materials that clearly communicate product value.
• Collect user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and enhance retention.
• Develop onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
• Engage in customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with C-level executives on priorities and dashboards.

What We're Looking For

• An analytical builder who can identify data patterns and translate them into product decisions and playbooks.
• An entrepreneurial operator who thrives in ambiguity and can prototype like a founder while coordinating across teams.
• A hands-on creator skilled in video tools, design (Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity tools (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot).
• The ability to create prototypes that help engineers and designers understand concepts.
• A clear communicator for stakeholder meetings, executive updates, and client-facing content.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or consulting background in product or operations.
• Familiarity with launching products from 0 to 1.
• Proven experience in building playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.
• Interest or experience in UI/UX, AI, or software engineering.

Compensation

CNY 25,000 - CNY 60,000 per month
