As a senior leader, you will define and execute strategies that resonate with our market and customers. Your insights will help us stand out in a competitive landscape and ensure our products meet the needs of users worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a key liaison between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for new product launches and market expansions, aligning product positioning with business goals.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and industry trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Positioning & Messaging: Create clear messaging that resonates with target audiences and ensures all customer-facing materials reflect the product’s value.
- Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Sales Enablement: Develop tools and training materials to empower the sales team, conducting sessions to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
- Customer Advocacy: Work with the Customer Marketing team to use customer insights for refining strategies and driving advocacy.
- Performance Measurement: Define KPIs to track the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Deel at industry events and contribute to thought leadership content to enhance our brand's credibility.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
