Product Marketing Lead, Consumer

At ClassDojo, we aim to give every child an education they love. As the Product Marketing Lead, you will shape the future of our consumer products, impacting millions of families worldwide. You will craft messaging and strategies that resonate with parents, kids, and educators.

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence ClassDojo’s consumer offerings, including Dojo Islands, Dojo Sparks, and ClassDojo Plus. You will work on engaging experiences that help children learn and grow while connecting families to our mission.

What You'll Do

  • Launch and grow new consumer experiences through effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Help families understand the value of ClassDojo products through clear storytelling.
  • Own lifecycle and in-product marketing to boost feature usage and retention.
  • Develop and run growth experiments to optimize messaging and user journeys.
  • Create scalable playbooks for launching features, leading to increased customer engagement.
  • Build a voice-of-customer program to gather insights and enhance product-market fit.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Creative teams to align on high-impact opportunities.
  • Work with urgency and clarity in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-10+ years in product or consumer marketing with a successful track record.
  • Experience in full-stack product marketing in dynamic environments.
  • A strong storytelling ability that drives business outcomes.
  • Experience leading positioning and go-to-market strategies across customer segments.
  • Proven success in growing adoption and engagement through organic channels.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity while maintaining structure and clarity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with freemium or subscription products.
  • Background in multi-audience or marketplace products.
  • Familiarity with education, gaming, or mission-driven consumer experiences.
  • Experience in both early-stage startups and large consumer platforms.

What We Offer

  • Salary ranges in the United States:
    • CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT: $188,000 - $220,000 (USD)
    • All other states: $160,000 - $187,000 (USD)
