We are seeking a Contract Product Marketing Manager to help with our product and go-to-market initiatives. In this role, you will connect product, marketing, and customer success to ensure our product story is clear and our launches are effective.

About the Role

You will take charge of product operations tasks like maintaining our public roadmap. You will also drive go-to-market activities, such as creating marketing and social media materials, improving our knowledge base content, and enhancing the success of our product launches.

What You'll Do

• Create marketing and social media collateral.
• Enhance our knowledge base content.
• Support and amplify the success of product launches.
• Translate complex features into clear, customer-friendly benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product operations, ideally within SaaS.
• Ability to translate technical features into clear benefits for customers.
• Experience producing marketing collateral such as launch emails, social posts, landing pages, and in-app messaging.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep the public roadmap and knowledge base up to date.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to position products effectively.
• Comfortable working in a contract or flexible capacity.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, especially in a customer-centric or niche vertical market.
