You will ensure a smooth transition from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, supporting our financial and operational systems.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled D365 Finance & Operations Product Owner to guide our ERP transformation journey. You will be the subject matter expert for D365 F&O, leading the implementation and optimizing our systems across the organization. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including Nutrafol, Unilever, and the broader Wellbeing Collective.
What You'll Do
- Own the D365 Product Strategy, defining and maintaining the product roadmap to align with Nutrafol’s objectives and Unilever’s platform strategy.
- Lead the QuickBooks-to-D365 Migration, managing the transition process from requirements gathering to post-deployment support.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to configure D365 effectively.
- Partner with Unilever and brands within the Health & Wellbeing unit to address challenges and provide status updates.
- Ensure Nutrafol’s implementation leverages best practices from other D365 implementations within Unilever.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying new features and enhancements for the D365 environment.
- Serve as the go-to D365 expert for Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance functions, offering guidance during design and adoption phases.
- Oversee change management by developing effective communications, training, and documentation for seamless adoption.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Technical Product role with a strong understanding of business operational and financial processes, preferably in CPG, Manufacturing, Wholesale, or Retail.
- 4+ years of D365 implementation experience with a proven track record in configuring and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer models combined with traditional CPG sales functions.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to articulate a strategic vision for the D365 platform and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience leading at least one successful ERP migration project, ideally from QuickBooks to D365.
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment.

- Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise data structures and financial workflows.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 USD
