What You'll Do
- Identify, negotiate, close, and manage strategic partnerships with various technology providers.
- Stay updated on trends in the ecosystem to find potential product partners.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance our platform.
- Create clear partnership pitches, diagrams, and mockups to communicate integration opportunities.
- Act as a technical liaison, translating business needs into API/SDK documentation.
- Drive measurable outcomes, including partner-driven revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate technical and partnership documentation for internal and external audiences.
- Share your successes across the organization and support product partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in closing and managing technology partnerships.
- Strong technical literacy and ability to navigate API documentation.
- Ability to create visual narratives, including diagrams and pitches.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
- Clear communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical areas.
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR tech, payroll, or fintech ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product partnerships or a technical sales role.
- Proficient in spoken and written English with strong research skills.
- Understanding of product integrations and the tech landscape.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in HR or Fintech is a plus.
- Background in fast-growing startups and remote teams.
