Join Our Team as a Production/Studio Designer

We are looking for a Senior Production/Studio Designer to join our creative agency team. In this role, you will focus on producing social and eCommerce content. You will be responsible for creating high-quality variations of designs and managing multiple projects efficiently.

About the Role

This position is all about execution. You will work in small, collaborative teams to deliver a high volume of creative assets. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are crucial. Your work will help drive impactful projects for well-known brands.

What You'll Do

• Produce multiple high-quality variations of templated designs.
• Create social media posts and eCommerce assets.
• Develop enhanced content and secondary imagery.
• Ensure strict adherence to established brand guidelines.
• Manage tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Project Managers.
• Maintain well-organized files and production-ready outputs.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in production or studio design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (basic animation is a plus).
• Experience producing digital and social-first content.
• Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with paid social asset versioning and performance-driven creative.
• Experience creating Amazon and other eCommerce enhanced content.
• Familiarity with TikTok ad layout trends.
• Experience working with templated systems and design systems.
• Proven ability to scale high-volume creative production.
• Ability to turn one master design into 15+ variations.
• Basic After Effects animation skills.
• Experience preparing layered files for motion handoff.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for digital placements.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Experience working within structured agency workflows.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.).
