Senior Business Systems Analyst

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our essential business systems. You will help us scale our operations while ensuring our systems work seamlessly for the benefit of dogs everywhere.
About the Role
This position is remote, based in the Northeast U.S., to align with our east coast Fulfillment Center hours. You will collaborate with various teams and report to the Enterprise Systems Manager.
What You'll Do
- Own and Optimize Enterprise Systems: Manage the health and performance of Ollie’s core enterprise systems, including ERP and WMS. Ensure systems are configured for scale and reduce manual work.
- Own End-to-End Business Processes Across Systems: Manage key business workflows from order creation to fulfillment and reporting. Document current processes and design improvements.
- Drive Integrations and Data Flow Integrity: Work with technical teams to maintain and improve integrations between systems. Ensure data accuracy and support issue resolution.
- Empower Finance and Operations Teams: Collaborate with Finance and Operations to translate business needs into system solutions. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Execute with Technical Expertise: Configure systems, write scripts, and implement best practices for testing and documentation.
- Contribute to the Long-Term Systems Vision: Help shape the roadmap for enterprise systems by identifying gaps and proposing improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an eCommerce or DTC subscription business.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, including workflow configuration and automation.
- Experience managing cross-system business processes and addressing operational challenges.
- Strong collaboration skills with Finance and Operations stakeholders.
- Understanding of data flow between systems, even if not the primary engineer.
- Detail-oriented and able to balance speed with accuracy in a live environment.
- Experience with Celigo and Korber (or any WMS) is a plus.
- A belief in Ollie’s mission to improve the lives of dogs and their parents.
