As a Senior Credit Analyst at Branch International, you will play a key role in solving analytical challenges across our organization. You will monitor our portfolio, develop user valuation models, and suggest product and credit policy changes to enhance our profitability.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a user-level valuations model to guide product and marketing decisions.
• Monitor and update credit policies to align with company risk, profitability, and growth targets.
• Propose data-driven product changes to enhance customer experience and profitability.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to implement your solutions.
• Monitor the company portfolio for trends and lead weekly credit committee meetings to share updates and analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover reasons for changes in portfolio performance and develop data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to propose hypothesis testing for risk and profitability improvements.
• Develop statistical models to assist in pricing and user segmentation for capital markets transactions.
• Support marketing and product teams with their data needs.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in SQL and R/Python.
• Previous experience in analytics and/or quantitative modeling with large datasets.
• Experience in analyzing, visualizing, and communicating insights to management, investors, or auditors.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Credit Analytics, preferably within the India Fintech industry.
• Enthusiasm for working across cultures, functions, and time zones.

Nice to Have

Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is a background in working with diverse teams.
