About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our talented team at Armada. In this role, you will help shape our strategic direction and contribute to our mission of bridging the digital divide.
What You'll Do
- Financial modeling & forecasting: Build and maintain financial models, forecast revenue and expenses, and conduct ad hoc analysis.
- Strategic analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Budgeting & variance analysis: Participate in the budgeting process, analyze variances to identify trends, and work with Product and Sales on cost optimization opportunities.
- Support finance and GTM strategy: Assist the Accounting Team with month-end close processes and partner with the RevOps team to ensure accurate sales and pipeline forecasting.
- Process improvement and automation: Help with reporting automation efforts and enhance existing financial processes.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or equity research, preferably in a high-tech or enterprise software company.
- Experience in investment banking.
- Advanced financial modeling skills (three statement model, valuation, and pricing analyses).
- Experience with financial applications, including ERP, CRM, and financial planning applications (Salesforce, Clari, NetSuite, etc.), is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with tactical execution.
- SaaS experience or knowledge of key metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, Churn, LTV, Pipeline) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
What We Offer
Compensation: For U.S. based candidates, the starting base salary range for this role is $96,000 – $120,000 USD, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, this role includes equity and subsidized benefits (details available upon request).
