At Ada, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Training Team. In this role, you will shape the AI Manager experience within Ada’s Dashboard. You will help AI Managers train, evaluate, and deploy their company’s AI Agent across various channels like chat, voice, and email.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will focus on enhancing the experience for AI Managers. Your work will make it easier for them to set up and tailor their AI Agent, ensuring a smooth transition from launch to meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

• Streamline the path to value by designing workflows that simplify the setup and customization of the AI Agent.
• Design features that help the AI Agent improve over time, allowing customers to identify gaps, test changes, and refine behavior confidently.
• Make complex systems approachable, helping AI Managers understand their Agent's actions and guiding them without needing deep AI expertise.
• Balance structure and flexibility by creating experiences that combine no-code configuration with adaptive AI behavior.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather insights, validate ideas, and iterate quickly.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear flows and interactions that inform strategy and drive decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience, particularly with complex, systems-driven products.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with a focus on both form and function.
• A systems thinker who designs for functionality and understands patterns and behaviors.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining problem spaces.
• A customer-focused mindset, advocating for the end user and designing for trust and clarity.
• Collaborative communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Outcome-driven, measuring success by the clarity of the experience and its impact on customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for AI/ML-powered systems or reasoning-based experiences.
• A thoughtful perspective on how people and AI can collaborate to solve complex problems.
