At RevenueCat, we simplify the process of building and scaling in-app subscriptions. As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a dedicated team focused on creating products that help app developers attract and retain customers. You will work on a user-friendly UI and interaction editor that allows developers to customize their user acquisition funnels.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with product management and engineering to identify customer needs and design effective solutions. You will create intuitive product experiences that prioritize user needs and work iteratively to refine your designs.

What You'll Do

• Get to know our product, customers, and teams in your first month.
• Familiarize yourself with our design system and visual language.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Take ownership of design aspects for your product team within three months.
• Contribute to the launch of your first project from ideation to completion.
• Advocate for good UX and design practices across RevenueCat within six months.
• Help grow and develop the design team and processes within your first year.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience designing web applications.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others.
• Experience in creating interfaces that allow user configuration.
• Strong analytical skills, using data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• An ownership mentality—if something is broken, you fix it.
• Excitement about our mission to help developers increase their revenue.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and scalable design processes.
