About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will focus on integrating AI technologies into our internal service tools. Your work will help improve agent capabilities and streamline customer service processes.

What You'll Do

• AI Product Strategy: Lead the roadmap for AI-powered agent assistance tools and enhance internal service tools with intelligent features.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in customer service operations and use LLM and automation technologies to improve processes.
• Knowledge & Retrieval Experience: Optimize the internal information retrieval system to ensure agents can access accurate information quickly.
• Efficiency Impact: Own key operational efficiency metrics and design experiments to measure the impact of AI implementations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Algorithm, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure smooth adoption of new features.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 4+ years of Product Management experience focused on B2B products, CRM, or Internal Efficiency Tools.
• AI Application: At least 2 years of experience using AI/LLM technologies in real-world business scenarios, preferably in Customer Service or SaaS.
• System Thinking: Ability to analyze complex workflows and design scalable solutions while balancing standardization and flexibility.
• Data-Driven: Proficient in data analysis with the ability to define success metrics and drive product iterations based on data and feedback.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to manage expectations among diverse stakeholders in a global environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in Customer Service or SaaS domains is a plus.
