At Bloomreach, we are creating a leading platform for personalization. As a Senior Product Manager for Email Messaging, you will oversee the email channel delivery for Bloomreach Engagement. You will ensure that our email deliverability is reliable, scalable, and compliant.

About the Role

The Senior Product Manager will manage technical partnerships with email delivery vendors and lead the product roadmap for email channel delivery features. You will collaborate with various teams and support our sales and marketing efforts while staying updated on compliance regulations.

What You'll Do

• Manage Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with email service providers and inbox technology partners. Regularly communicate and sync with them to ensure optimal performance.
• Enhance Email Deliverability: Identify new vendors to improve cost and reliability. Collaborate with vendors on best practices and escalate feature requests.
• Lead Email Integrations: Work with Engineering teams to implement email integrations and manage onboarding of all email delivery vendors.
• Define Product Roadmap: Identify opportunities to enhance the Email API and improve monitoring, analytics, and alerting for email delivery.
• Act as an Email Expert: Provide guidance to Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Support enterprise deals with your expertise.
• Stay Informed on Compliance: Keep up with global email compliance regulations and translate changes into product requirements.

What We're Looking For

• 4–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably in MarTech or messaging platforms.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships, especially with email service providers.
• Strong understanding of email delivery ecosystems and the challenges of large-scale email.
• Knowledge of email deliverability mechanics, sender reputation, and authentication standards.
• Experience with APIs and distributed systems related to message delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

• Familiarity with AI advancements in email.
