Join Orium as a Senior Product Manager contractor. In this role, you'll support enterprise digital commerce projects, leading strategy and execution. You'll work closely with clients and teams to create impactful digital experiences.

About the Role

Orium is looking to build a team of Senior Product Management contractors for future project-based engagements. These roles will focus on discovery, delivery, and optimization of complex digital initiatives. You will work independently and collaborate with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Client Leadership & Strategy:
  • Serve as the main product contact for client engagements, guiding product vision and roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities and risks, balancing business goals with user value and technical needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to align stakeholders.
  • Provide expertise in eCommerce, headless CMS, and modern digital platforms.
  • Occasional travel across the Americas to meet clients and partners.
• Planning & Requirements:
  • Develop and maintain clear release plans and prioritization frameworks.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are up to date.
  • Create high-quality product requirements documentation.
  • Translate complex problems into actionable steps for teams.
• Delivery & Execution:
  • Support end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch preparation.
  • Collaborate with design, technology, and data teams to clarify requirements.
  • Manage budgets and provide transparent forecasting and prioritization.
  • Facilitate delivery ceremonies and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Navigate trade-offs and escalate issues with clear recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in product management or leadership, preferably in consulting or client services.
• Experience leading complex digital initiatives from start to finish.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for executive-level interactions.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and modern digital ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort using AI tools for research and planning.

Nice to Have

Experience with headless CMS and composable architectures is a plus.
