About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven recruiter who is excited to contribute to our mission. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.

What You'll Do

• Create and track weekly and monthly recruiting metrics.
• Manage recruitment data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all Talent Acquisition data.
• Design and maintain HR and recruiting dashboards for real-time visibility into key hiring metrics.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions in recruiting.
• Create engaging job postings.
• Develop a network with passive candidates.
• Map out the full recruitment cycle.
• Coordinate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Follow up with all interviewed candidates.
• Assist with scheduling and conducting phone pre-screens for selected candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve recruitment processes.
• Work closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and streamline the interview process.
• Develop strategic plans for sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical positions.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication skills, balancing professionalism with friendliness.
• Experience hiring for a variety of roles and seniority levels.
• A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with data reporting.
• Bonus: Experience in digital marketing and technical recruiting.
