As a Senior Total Rewards Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of our total rewards programs. You will work closely with various teams to enhance our employee offerings and support our mission of connecting people.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
- Design and implement employee benefits programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Conduct market research to ensure our rewards programs remain competitive.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of our total rewards programs.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to align total rewards with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on compensation-related matters to management and employees.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in total rewards or compensation management.
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and benefits administration.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to various audiences.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems.
Nice to Have
- Certification in compensation or benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP).
- Experience in a global organization.
