At Branch, we are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our accounting team. In this role, you'll manage our cash flow, investments, and financial risk. You will help shape the company’s financial strategy and support decision-making across departments.
About the Role
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be an essential part of a small team of skilled accounting and finance professionals. You will work closely with senior management and department leaders to provide financial insights that drive our business forward. This position requires a strong understanding of the FinTech industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with banking institutions, including account setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Record and reconcile bank activity for cash accounts, ensuring accuracy with internal financial systems.
- Monitor daily cash positions and manage liquidity for operational needs.
- Optimize cash concentrations and disbursements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular cash flow forecasting and update as necessary to reflect business conditions.
- Prepare timely financial reports detailing treasury activities, including cash positions and forecasts.
- Utilize technology to improve treasury operations, including treasury management systems.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 5+ years of treasury experience, preferably in a high-growth FinTech company.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets.
- Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000. This range reflects an average base salary for the position across the U.S. The final base salary offered will depend on your specific skills, experience, and education.
Location
This position is classified as REMOTE within the United States. We are unable to hire candidates located outside of the U.S.
