Senior/Staff Business Recruiter

Join Runway as a Senior Business Recruiter and help us build an exceptional team. You will focus on recruiting for our General and Administrative (G&A) teams, including Go-to-Market, Creative, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Your work will be crucial in shaping our recruiting strategies and enhancing our candidate experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Recruiter at Runway, you will be an integral part of our hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers to enhance their recruiting capabilities and develop effective strategies for finding top talent. Your role will also involve collaborating with various parts of our People function, such as Employer Branding and Employee Experience.

What You'll Do

Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and delivering offers.
Ensure a top-notch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work to improve diversity within our team.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and devise innovative recruiting strategies.
Track search metrics and provide weekly updates to hiring managers and the recruiting team.
Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in business recruiting for high-caliber G&A teams in a high-growth environment.
A desire to work in a start-up atmosphere.
Ability to create programs that attract great talent and build strong relationships with candidates.
Experience sourcing candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and industry networks.
A commitment to diversity and experience implementing specific recruiting strategies to enhance diversity.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse or Ashby experience is a plus).
