About the Role
As an SEO Customer Support Hero, you will support our customers after they engage with our services. You will use our tools and systems to help them succeed and maintain their satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Activate customers in our system
- Use Kayako help desk software
- Document questions and update the knowledge base and FAQ
- Build pages on web2.0 sites (like squidoo.com & hubpages.com)
- Engage in link building
- Blog using WordPress
- Tackle problem-solving tasks
- Handle general administration
- Assist other team members with their workload
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English skills
- Experience in customer service
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to complete tasks quickly with attention to detail
- Familiarity with the internet
- Basic understanding of HTML and SEO
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Desire to learn new things, especially online
- Self-discipline and a good work ethic
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong sense of integrity and honesty
- Reliable internet access
- Full-time availability
