As a Sr/Lead Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing high-growth products that make a real difference in healthcare.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sr/Lead Product Manager to lead the development of exciting products related to Generative AI and Healthcare. You will collaborate with talented teams across Qventus to define, execute, and launch new products and features, while also optimizing our existing offerings.
What You'll Do
- Guide a team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to create products that address meaningful customer problems.
- Discover and validate new product opportunities by understanding our users, market, technology, strategy, and data.
- Define the vision, strategy, and key requirements for solutions that address identified opportunities.
- Engage in the design and software development process, managing the product backlog.
- Launch and iterate on products, ensuring they positively impact our users and business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with users, buyers, and external thought leaders to inform your work.
What We're Looking For
- Experience navigating enterprise products through the full product lifecycle, with a history of rapidly shipping impactful products.
- Comfort in developing products that leverage data, analytics, and AI/machine learning.
- Proven ability to collaborate across all functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology business.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to switch between high-level vision and detailed execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional presence when working with customers and partners, including C-Suite executives.
- A willingness to help out wherever needed within the team.
- A deep understanding of healthcare operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
Nice to Have
Experience in a healthcare technology environment is a plus.
