About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of DocSend. You will work across the business to identify new customer segments and develop the products and strategies needed to serve them.

What You'll Do

• Define and promote the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DocSend.
• Become an expert in our customers by understanding their needs through research and data analysis.
• Lead complex, multi-quarter initiatives from start to finish, including defining product specifications and success metrics.
• Drive business results by identifying problems, developing solutions, and estimating their impact.
• Communicate effectively with leadership to explain trade-offs and strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality user-facing products.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Applied Math, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to simplify complex user workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Experience in defining and driving product initiatives that have a tangible business impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, connecting product features to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey complex ideas to both engineers and executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in collaborative environments, especially in uncertain situations.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a B2B SaaS product from start to finish.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and mentor other Product Managers.
• Strong data analytics skills to independently analyze data and generate insights for product direction.
