Global Web Analyst at Docplanner

Join our team as a Global Web Analyst and play a vital role in optimizing the performance of over 25 B2B websites. You will analyze user behavior, track key website metrics, and provide insights to improve our marketing qualified lead (MQL) generation and conversion rates.

About the Role

As a key member of the web team, your work will directly impact our decision-making and website performance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that we are making data-driven choices that enhance our services.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and report on website performance, focusing on conversion rates, form submissions, and user engagement.
  • Interpret data from website tracking tools like Google Analytics, VWO, and Hubspot.
  • Set and ideate web events based on business objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing analyses using VWO and HubSpot.
  • Perform one-off analyses for key initiatives such as Black Friday campaigns, promotions, product launches, and website migrations to measure effectiveness.
  • Identify and analyze different audience segments to improve targeting and personalization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure tracking plans are in place for all key user behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the content team to provide insights that inform content creation and optimize engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other web analytics platforms.
  • Ability to interpret web data using Looker, Tableau, Superset, or similar tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely.
  • Familiarity with user behavior tracking tools such as Hotjar or Clarity is a plus.
  • Experience with Search Console or other SEO tracking tools is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with user behavior tracking tools and SEO tracking tools would be beneficial.
