Channel Account Executive, Venture Capital
Join Deel as a Channel Account Executive, Venture Capital. In this role, you will drive sales growth by building and managing relationships with various clients. You will focus on understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
About the Role
The Channel Account Executive is key to driving significant revenue growth at Deel. You will work closely with clients to meet their unique needs and help them succeed.
What You'll Do
- Identify and build high-impact channel partnerships that generate repeatable revenue.
- Close partner-referred opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to manage the partner-sourced pipeline.
- Enable partners through onboarding, sales support, and incentives to maximize their performance.
- Nurture and manage partnerships from launch to long-term revenue relationships.
- Launch and optimize co-marketing initiatives like webinars and campaigns to accelerate pipeline generation.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Operations, and Product to improve channel conversion.
- Own and forecast your partnerships pipeline, track performance, and report results.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or channel sales roles.
- Proven ability to drive revenue outcomes through partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the venture capital and startup ecosystem.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong research, prioritization, and commercial judgment skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A collaborative relationship builder who works well with teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR Tech, FinTech, or B2B SaaS.
- Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Experience working in a remote and globally distributed team.
