Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at Collaborative Solutions, you will play a key role in our sales team. You will set and execute the sales strategy for our largest clients, focusing on Workday professional services and implementation.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and ensuring a strong pipeline of deals. Your efforts will directly contribute to our success in the region.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and plan your sales strategy to effectively position Cognizant’s services for Workday implementations.
  • Cultivate relationships with Workday personnel and build in-person connections with field offices in your region.
  • Maintain relationships with Workday Account Executives and Business Development Managers.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, coordinating with prospects and internal teams.
  • Keep the pipeline updated to ensure management is informed about deal flow.
  • Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of deals that is three times your quota.
  • Collaborate with company counterparts to source and execute deals.
  • Engage with clients and prospects to provide our services.
  • Organize and drive responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Set strategies for deal success and manage multiple concurrent deal cycles.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Achieve a quarterly sales quota.
  • Support marketing activities and events.
  • Work with the internal Delivery team to develop work estimates and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM information.
