We are looking for an Executive Assistant / Corporate Administrator to support our Corporate Operations team at Canonical. In this role, you will help ensure our business runs smoothly by managing logistics, travel, expenses, and events.
About the Role
This position is home-based and open to candidates across EMEA. You will play a vital role in our global operations, working with teams in various time zones. We value self-driven individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to take on responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Support operations for one or more departments.
- Coordinate monthly reports and schedule meetings and interviews.
- Organise and run international company events, including logistics.
- Manage quarterly and annual executive meetings.
- Collaborate across teams on activities and initiatives.
- Manage suppliers and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent academic results at school and university.
- A degree in a business or technical subject.

- Ability to travel up to four times a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
