About the Role

The EOR business is central to Deel’s mission of helping companies build global teams smoothly. This role involves managing the EOR profit and loss, driving growth, and adapting our product and operations to meet complex global needs. You will develop industry-specific EOR solutions for sectors like shipping, mining, and entertainment.

What You'll Do

  • Create tailored EOR solutions for specific industries.
  • Scale operations and ensure global compliance, onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Legal.
  • Enhance the product to be more scalable and tech-enabled.
  • Use data to prioritize investments and improve performance.
  • Represent EOR to key stakeholders both internally and externally.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in general management, operations, or workforce platforms.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling large P&L businesses in high-growth settings.
  • Experience in global, regulated, and complex operational environments.
  • Ability to lead large organizations and influence without direct authority.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
  • Good product and operational judgment.
  • Executive presence and credibility with C-suite executives.

Nice to Have

  • Background in HR tech, payroll, or workforce infrastructure.
  • Experience in scaling global, regulated platforms or service businesses.
  • Track record of entering new verticals.
  • Familiarity with global compliance and employment frameworks.

What We Offer

We believe in fair and competitive pay. Our total rewards programs reflect our commitment to inclusivity and access for all.

  • Stock grant opportunities, depending on your role, employment status, and location.
  • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country.
  • Flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access.

At Deel, we are an equal-opportunity employer. We value diversity and encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy, or any other legally protected characteristics.
