Partner Program Coordinator (Contract) - EU

At Cloudbeds, we are looking for a Partner Program Coordinator to join our team for a 6+ month contract, with the possibility of extension. In this remote role, you will manage the operations of our global partner ecosystem, ensuring our partners receive the support they need and our data remains accurate.

About the Role

As a Partner Program Coordinator, you will be the key driver of program execution. Your work will help scale our global partnerships by managing payout structures and building informative dashboards for executive strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily program execution, tracking and reporting partner activities.
  • Oversee commissions, invoice approvals, and partner payouts for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide visibility into program performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership and regional stakeholders.
  • Support high-priority projects focused on operational scalability and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure partner alignment.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in partner programs, program coordination, or sales/marketing operations.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
  • Native-level or professional fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • A track record of managing multiple tasks without missing details.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Magentrix for partner relationship management.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish.
