As a Principal in Business Operations for xStocks, you will play a key role in driving growth and supporting our innovative tokenized equities platform. You will collaborate with leadership to enhance our operations and make a significant impact in the industry.

About the Role

As a Principal, Business Operations, you will be a co-owner of the xStocks and Equities business. Your focus will be on driving growth and managing cross-functional initiatives. You will help strengthen our operating backbone as we expand our market presence.

What You'll Do

• Drive the business forward across product, commercial, operational, and regulatory areas.
• Identify and resolve gaps, bottlenecks, and structural weaknesses.
• Own high-impact cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution.
• Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous areas of the business.
• Support strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market efforts with thorough analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Enhance decision quality and accountability across teams.
• Support market expansion initiatives and explore new strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to business growth, not just measurement.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
• Background at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Generalist mindset with the ability to navigate strategy, finance, product, and operations.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure is strongly preferred.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a high sense of ownership.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
• Interest in fintech, capital markets, and the evolution of financial infrastructure.

Nice to Have

While not required, experience in the fintech or crypto space will be beneficial.
