Sales Development Representative, Enterprise | DACH

Join Deel as a Sales Development Representative for the Enterprise segment in the DACH region. In this role, you will help us connect with new customers and build strong relationships that drive our growth. Your efforts will be essential in shaping the future of work for businesses around the globe.

About the Role

As our Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying new accounts and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will collaborate with our sales team, conduct market research, and qualify leads to help us expand our reach.

What You'll Do

  • Generate sales leads through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Learn from our experienced sales team and contribute to our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
  • Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and various campaigns.
  • Understand the lead generation process and support marketing activities.
  • Create email sequences and make cold calls to explore and penetrate accounts.
  • Follow up with leads until meetings are scheduled.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR or Fintech companies.
  • Background in a fast-growing startup.
  • Experience working in a remote and distributed team.
