Senior Sales Operations Business Partner

Join Deel as a Senior Sales Operations Business Partner and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with various teams to drive business improvements and support our global operations.

Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform designed for global teams. We aim to unlock opportunities for individuals and businesses worldwide. As part of our dynamic team, you will help enhance our operations and contribute to our mission of transforming how global talent connects with companies.

What You'll Do

  • Help shape and implement the go-to-market strategy for your region.
  • Drive annual and quarterly planning and target setting.
  • Conduct independent business analysis and provide insights to leadership.
  • Manage territory updates, quota-setting analysis, and other data-driven priorities.
  • Lead forecasting and business inspection processes.
  • Spearhead complex change management initiatives to improve business performance.
  • Act as the regional representative for other Sales Ops functions, including sales compensation and pricing.
  • Build analytical dashboards in Google Sheets or Looker to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across Go-To-Market functions to drive strategy and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations at leading tech companies.
  • Fluency with Salesforce and related sales productivity applications.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS operations and industry standards.
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and resourceful. A good sense of humor is a plus!

Nice to Have

Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with global business practices.
