About the Role

Arch Systems is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will help our customers successfully implement our solutions and ensure they get the most out of our products.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers during the implementation process.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them understand our products.
  • Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of our solutions.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve our products and services.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a technical account management or customer success role.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the technology or software industry.
  • Familiarity with data analytics or IoT solutions.
